At GoFarmOrganic, we are committed to providing high-quality organic and natural products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, this Return & Refund Policy explains the conditions under which returns and refunds may be processed.
1. Return Eligibility
Due to the nature of food and consumable products, we generally do not accept returns once the product has been delivered.
However, a return or replacement may be accepted in the following cases:
• The product received is damaged during delivery
• The wrong product was delivered
• The product is missing from the order
To be eligible for a return or replacement, the issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
2. Condition for Returns
To process a return request:
• The product must be unused and in its original packaging
• Proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided
• Images of the damaged or incorrect product may be required
3. Refund Process
Once your request is reviewed and approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method used during the purchase.
Refund processing may take 5–7 business days, depending on the payment provider or bank.
4. Replacement Policy
In cases where the product is damaged or incorrect, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, depending on product availability.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are generally not eligible for return or refund:
• Opened or used products
• Products returned after the reporting period
• Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling by the customer
6. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
